Based on previous experience, our sales engineers are able to design a test sequence for each application.
Test – Marion Mixers maintains a fleet of batch and continuous test mixers. We offer free use of a test mixer for up to 3 weeks at your plant or you may schedule a test at our onsite test lab.
Marion Mixer’s sales engineers begin matching your application requirements with our design database.
The customer pays for in-bound and out-bound freight charges.
We prefer that a Marion Mixers sales engineer witness the test if possible.

Design – Before building production scale equipment Marion Mixers will produce:
A written description of the application.
An approval drawing.
Customers will approve drawings and written specifications of the designed mixer.
Manufacture
Each mixer project starts with a project kick-off meeting.
Fabricate and assemble production mixer
We conduct a QC inspection.
We conduct a energized inspection.
Inspection
Before being shipped, we energize and operate each machine to inspect the equipment installation and process parameters.
We conduct a customer inspection.
We provide a thorough Installation and Operators manual (IOM)
Online Startup Assistance – We provide service after the sale by providing personnel as needed to assist with startup assistance to provide support to assure our machine meets our customer’s performance.
